Here's how we typically handle Storm Damage Siding Repair calls, from emergency response to full claim support.
This step happens same-day whenever the situation calls for it. We check attic insulation for water intrusion signs even when the exterior patch looks sufficient on its own.
Assessment includes photo documentation dated for insurance purposes. A grid-pattern inspection of each elevation catches scattered impact marks a quick walk-by would miss.
We check surrounding panels for related wind damage during the same visit. We check the direction panels lifted from, which usually points to which elevation took the brunt of the wind.
We can meet your adjuster on-site if that speeds up your claim. We provide a written damage summary in plain language alongside the photos, not just a raw image folder.
We'll give you an honest read on repair-versus-replace based on what the storm actually did. Upgraded impact-rated material is offered as an option for Damascus, OR homeowners in higher hail-frequency areas.
Fallen branches and wind-blown debris cause cracks and holes that get patched or panel-replaced depending on size. We inspect the gutter and downspout near any debris strike, since falling branches often damage more than just the wall.
Dispatch will ask about visible damage and whether water is actively getting in.
We aim for same-day response on active leak calls whenever possible.
We'll flag anything that might be missed during a quick adjuster walkthrough.
Temporary weatherproofing goes on immediately, with permanent repair or replacement scheduled once material and approvals are in place.
